 Dear Friends and Neighbors, On behalf of the Board of Directors of Family Healthcare, Inc, I would like to first acknowledge the dedicated work of our physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and staff who serve over 13,000 patients in our service area. We would particularly like to welcome the physicians and staff in our newest office in Logan, Ohio. We are very proud of the fact that you, through Family Healthcare, Inc., provide caring, high quality and professional medicare care day in and day out. The healthcare environment is ever changing and the board is dedicated to continuing to establish feasible, fiscally sound and attainable goals for growth and development in Ross, Athens, Hocking, Vinton and Perry Counties. We are very pleased to be expanding our office in Vinton County and adding dental care services to our practice there. We are excited that we have increased our services in the under served area of Logan. We look forward to our new partnership with Adena Health System and their midwifery program. The Board of Directors is committed to integrating mission, objectives opportunities and resources to develop the most sound fiscal program while offering stellar service to southern Ohio. We look forward to the opportunities which will present themselves in 2004.
